With the appointment of Laurent Spindler as a new member of the management team, the company is underlining the importance of its strategic course and sustainable corporate development.
In his new position as CFO, Laurent Spindler is responsible for the company’s accounting, controlling, compliance and operations and is active in the investment area. With his expertise, particularly in the areas of controlling, M&A transactions, financing, capital markets, compliance and process optimization during the scaling phase, Laurent Spindler plays a central role in Properti’s strategy for growth and sustainable corporate development.
Previously, Laurent Spindler was CFO and member of the Executive Board at HIAG, where he played a key role in the successful IPO and the establishment of the company as the leading listed real estate company on the Swiss market. He previously worked for Ernst & Young for over eight years.
