Sortie du local à skis vers la télécabine : une minute. La plupart du temps, on peut skier jusqu’aux escaliers. Vente aux étrangers et comme résidence secondaire autorisée.

3 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bains. Parquet en bois de haute qualité, four V-Zug, cuisine en granit. Fenêtres neuves, triple vitrage. L’appartement dispose d’un balcon presque continu des deux côtés du bâtiment, qui n’est pas inclus dans le calcul de la surface utile.

Parfait pour une famille, car juste à côté de la maison se trouve une belle aire de jeux en forêt, que l’on peut observer depuis le salon et la chambre à coucher. Directement derrière la maison, il y a des installations de barbecue dans la forêt.
