Kai Enders

In his long-standing role as CEO DACH and member of the Management Board at Engel & Völkers, where he was also Managing Director of both Residential and Commercial GmbH, he played a key role in shaping the company’s growth and success. He has been involved as President of the German Franchise Association since 2016 and also took on the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board at the doctari group in 2023, where he contributes his extensive knowledge in the areas of business development and sales. He has also been a member of the board of the Federal Association for the Real Estate Industry since 2019.

Prior to his career in the real estate industry, the business administration graduate worked for Daimler AG for around a decade, most recently as Director Passenger Car Division.
