Klaus Radakovics starts as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at properti. In this role, he is responsible for financial management, operational management and the targeted expansion of scalable, efficient structures. His focus is on enabling growth, securing it and making it controllable – organizationally, financially and operationally.
Klaus Radakovics brings a special combination of consulting experience, scale-up execution and capital market expertise. He began his career in management consulting, including at KPMG, where he spent two and a half years advising companies on financial strategy and transaction-related issues. He then took on the role of CFO of a scale-up for five years, where he was responsible for setting up professional financial, reporting and governance structures, the operational business and the preparation of an IPO. This was followed by his work as an investment manager and member of the corporate finance team of the Federation of Migros Cooperatives, where he gained extensive buy- and sell-side experience and supported M&A transactions, company valuations, capital increases and strategic investments. He consistently worked at the interface between capital, strategy and operational implementation – both in the context of organic growth and inorganic expansion strategies.
Klaus Radakovics holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) and a Master’s degree from the University of St. Gallen(HSG). He specializes in M&A, company valuations, financing rounds, capital structuring and the operational scaling of high-growth companies.
