Properti’s successful growth story continues. The proptech start-up has appointed Nicole Wieting-Kaelin to the position of Chief Marketing Officer. By expanding its management team, Properti is responding to the strong growth momentum of recent months and the increasingly demanding market for the residential ecosystem.
Properti is driving the real estate transaction ecosystem forward in innovative ways. The two-and-a-half-year-old start-up was founded with the aim of transforming the real estate industry for customers, brokers and service providers by combining the expertise of real estate experts with artificial intelligence and software technology – creating added value for everyone involved.
After two seed financing rounds and raising around 7.5 million Swiss francs in the past eight months, Properti is entering the next phase of an already sustained growth with the expansion of its team and management. With Nicole Wieting-Kaelin (Chief Marketing Officer), the founders Levent and Adrian Künzi have gained a qualified manager with a wealth of experience in marketing, communication and digitalization on a global level.
In her role as CMO, Nicole Wieting-Kaelin will be responsible for the development of the brand as a member of Properti’s management team. Most recently, Nicole Wieting-Kaelin was Director Marketing at Wüest Partner, where her responsibilities included building up the marketing department and the MarTech stack. She previously worked for Cognizant Netcentric and ran her own companies. As a marketing expert and qualified real estate economist, Nicole Wieting-Kaelin holds various executive education degrees, is also a certified blockchain metaverse expert and acts as a mentor for various associations.
