Dieter Sommer MRICS, top expert in real estate management, independent board member and lecturer at HWZ, will join Properti’s management team in an advisory capacity to further drive growth. Dieter Sommer MRICS was honored as one of the 100 Heads of the Swiss Real Estate Industry 2022 in a row. As owner of the consulting firm Hubconsult, board member of SVIT beider Basel and lecturer in the Master of Advanced Studies in Real Estate Management course at the HWZ, he is actively involved in shaping the real estate industry. Previously, Dieter Sommer was CEO of Privera AG for many years and member of the board of directors of the successful PropTech Flatfox. With management positions at Livit AG and UBS Funds Management, Sommer has excellent real estate expertise.
